References to a statute or statutory provision include any amendments thereto. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on n99999. n99999 enforces age verification and may request documentary evidence (including a copy of your CNIC — Computerized National Identity Card) at any point. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using n99999 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. n99999 does not warrant that its Services are legal in all locations. Players accessing n99999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player is entitled to hold only one (1) registered Account on n99999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any associated balances, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly notify n99999 of any changes to your registered information. n99999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a Player.
2.5 KYC Verification. n99999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n99999 login credentials, including your username and password. n99999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify n99999 immediately via the on-site support system if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.2 Personal Use Only. Your n99999 Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to use or access your Account under any circumstances. Sharing Account credentials with another person is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting n99999 support through the on-site contact system. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure, subject to verification requirements having been met, will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period defined by n99999's operational policy may be classified as dormant. n99999 reserves the right to apply dormancy administration fees to inactive accounts in accordance with its applicable fee schedule, as published on the Platform from time to time.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. n99999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, general bank transfers, USDT TRC20, debit cards, and UnionPay. n99999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on n99999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion costs arising from a Player's bank or payment provider are borne solely by the Player.
4.3 Deposit Terms. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. n99999 will not accept third-party deposits. Deposits credited in error must be reported to n99999 support immediately and are recoverable by n99999 regardless of any subsequent wagering activity.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, n99999 requires: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches a verified payment method associated with your Account. n99999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. n99999 aims to process approved withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and the Player's bank. n99999 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
4.6 Fraud & Suspicious Transactions. n99999 employs fraud detection systems and may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation of transactions flagged as suspicious. Where fraud is confirmed, n99999 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the Account without prior notice.
5.1 Game Fairness. All casino games offered on n99999 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems sourced from licensed and independently audited game providers. n99999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge for each game is a mathematically fixed parameter disclosed within the applicable game information.
5.2 Sports Betting. In the event of a dispute regarding a result or settlement, n99999's determination (based on official result sources) is final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings. n99999 may apply maximum single-transaction or daily winning caps across specific game types or promotional events. These caps are disclosed in the applicable game or promotion terms and constitute the upper limit of any payout obligation.
5.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during an active gaming round, n99999's server-side records determine the outcome of any bet in progress. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error on n99999's part, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by n99999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds awarded by n99999 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are disclosed in the promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds deposited into an Account are not subject to wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. n99999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions, and exploitation of technical errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, n99999 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit any winnings derived from such funds, and restrict or close the Account.
6.4 Promotion Availability. n99999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion prior to its modification retain the right to complete the promotion under the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.
7.1 Player Welfare Commitment. n99999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible via Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent suspension of their n99999 Account — at any time through the Account settings or by contacting n99999 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be inaccessible and no new accounts may be created by the same individual. n99999 will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion across its Platform.

7.4 Problem Gambling. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, n99999 urges you to utilise self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek professional assistance. Gambling should be recreational entertainment only — it should never be used as a source of income, a method of recovering losses, or as an escape from personal or financial difficulties.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n99999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
All intellectual property on the n99999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade names, text, and databases — is the exclusive property of n99999 or its licensed third-party providers. No content from n99999 may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from n99999.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use n99999 for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time by n99999.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n99999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 n99999's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 n99999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. Players access n99999 at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate device security.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by n99999's gross negligence.
n99999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Continued use of n99999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact n99999 support to initiate Account closure.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n99999 is registered and operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and n99999, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through n99999's internal support system. Players must submit a written complaint via the on-site contact system, providing full details of the dispute. n99999 will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
12.4 Players who are residents of Pakistan acknowledge that they are individually responsible for compliance with Pakistani law regarding online gambling, and that n99999 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction. By registering and using n99999, Pakistani Players confirm that they have independently assessed the legality of their participation.
